Before paying a deposit
Arrange a viewing, confirm the identity and authority of the person renting the property, obtain written rental terms, and keep receipts. Be wary of pressure to send money immediately.
What does verified mean?
Identity and authorization indicators only mean Kivlo staff have reviewed supporting evidence. They are not official government certifications. Availability confirmation is the advertiser’s declaration.
How long do listings stay available?
Advertisers reconfirm every 14 days. A reminder follows at 21 days. Unconfirmed available properties are hidden at 30 days until reconfirmed.
How do I report an issue?
Open the relevant property page and use Report listing. Never include sensitive personal identification numbers or bank details in the message.
